Free exchanges within Spain.

All products can be exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date. (except for special promotions with specific policies).

Items must be in the same condition as delivered, with their original packaging and tags. Items can only be tried on; if they are worn or damaged, they cannot be exchanged.

All products can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. (except for special promotions with specific policies).

*All returns and exchanges for orders placed outside of Spain must be shipped at the customer's expense.
